sol-y-mar Day Spa is dedicated to service and value. All of our licensed
specialists sincerely enjoy what they do and it is reflected in the smiles
and repeat business of our clients. We promise individual attention and great
value for all of our customers.
Policies
If this is your first visit, please allow additional time to change into our spa robe and sandals. Fill out your personal profile and consult with your spa professional. We are not responsible for personal belongings. For consideration of all our guests, cell phone, pagers or other electronics are not permitted in the spa area.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
We ask that all services be guaranteed with a credit card or gift card number. We kindly ask that you give us 24-hour cancellation notice for a single service and 48 hours for packages of multiple services. Failure to cancel your service within 24/48 hours will result in a full charge for original booking. If the service time can be filled, you will not be charged.
Groups and Corporate Events
For parties of four or more, our group event coordinator will ensure your event is a success. Your group event fee of 20% includes a 15% gratuity and additional amenities. We will be happy to send you our group event package with all the details. Payment is made at the end of your visit at the front desk. We gladly accept cash, credit cards and personal checks.
Customer Service/Return Policy
sol-y-mar Day Spa guarantees your satisfaction with every skincare product that we provide. If you are not 100% satisfied, please contact a spa concierge. Return merchandise will be accepted within 30 days for product credit only. No cash refunds. Original sales receipts must accompany all returns.
Children
We request that no children under 16 years of age be brought into the main spa area. Children 16 and over are welcome if they have an appointment for services.
